Case Sinister
Why is the government so bent on discontinuing analog television? Were lawmakers paid off? What are they up to?
Could there be a more sinister reason we are switching over to digital only?
Why can’t they continue to broadcast in both digital and analog? Is that such a bad thing?
Am I the only one who smells a rat?
I have a feeling that the best case scenario is that the lawmakers in DC were paid off by some lobby. I reserve the right to believe something more Orwellian is afoot.
It is not that hard to see where it is going (the money that is). Everyone has to either
A. Buy new televisions
B. Buy a new converter box for any television that is not new.
C. Make use of Cable or Satellite services (paying every month).
In other words, spend money or give up watching television.
And yes, it could be something “Orwellian is afoot” too. Would that be a surprise to anyone?
